Wet Electrostatic Precipitator
Wet electrostatic filtration technology is an upgrade of the Wet Scrubber system, which has the important advantage of combining the removal of coarse particles (Ø> 20 • m), through a pre-wash treatment, with the abatement of residue micronic and submicronic fraction (in the form of fog, eg oil mist), responsible for the visual opacity that usually manifests itself with a "blue smoke" easily visible for great lengths. By introducing a pre-wet washing section, it is possible to avoid clogging of the aforementioned electrostatic collection section (due to the coarse fraction of the particulate), with obvious advantages in terms of cleaning and removal efficiency of the system.
